Highly recommend! Caitlyn went above and beyond my family's expectations for our week-long trip to Orlando and Universal Studios. She went above and beyond thoroughly explaining everything Disney to our party on multuple different phone calls, she booked all our reservations, and everything we needed. During our trip we had some Disney app issues and she was at my beckon call. I was able to text her and she gave me a fast response. She even called Disney techinical support for us. Caitlyn made planning our Disney Cruise Line trip for 10 people an absolute breeze. Coordinating a group that size — across three different staterooms — could have easily been overwhelming, but she kept everything organized and seamless from start to finish. She handled booking all of our extras, including excursions and spa reservations, and made sure our dining was coordinated so we could all enjoy meals together. Every detail was thoughtfully managed. We especially appreciated the pre-planning walkthrough and the comprehensive document she provided outlining exactly what to expect. It made us feel fully prepared and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the experience. If you’re planning a Disney cruise (especially with a group!), Caitlyn is the one you want in your corner.
